The alienist season 1 episode 7: many sainted men
So yeah I have finally watched this episode, and I will now review
it for you on this blog.
In this episode, we deal with the aftermath of the murder in the last episode. People are finally rioting in front of the police station and at our main team they almost beat them up like they are responsible for everything that has happened until now with the murders.
A second storyline has been going up in intensity. The Irish cop and one of the others meet in a pub and they speak about the Irish cop gets a lecture about whom they serve, the rich because they lift them up from the commonfolk. So he is told that he best remembers that aslong as they have money they have the power. This is still kind of the truth, I never tought there would be
In the first minutes of the episode we get the kid they set up as bait giving a description of the murderer. Why am I reffering to this now? Well our Illustrator goes to a icecream shop where he attempts to draw the murderer again when we see a guy with the same characteristics chloforms the illustrator, he gets thrown inside a police carriage. With our alienist ofcourse
they are taken to a large mansion owned by a very rich man which I cannot remember the name from and in the sofa a bishop tells them they have to stop their investigation to protect the rich family of the previous prime suspect but he is no longer a suspect because they now think that the murderer comes from an asylum that has military people that has seen native american killing practices.
So our female has her own investigation that goes to from asylum to asylum until she finds a lead and she goes there.
My opinion about this episode, is that it is finally some more outzoomed than previous episodes other storylines are much clearer to me now, that is why I could talk more about the other storylines which I think is good. I give this episodes 7 out 10 many sainted men
