The void (2016)
Hello there,
I watched this movie, but it was not what I expected from it. I expected it more a religious kind of movie but it was actually more of a zombie movie, rather than a religious movie. And ofcourse, I will review it for you guys.
so we start with people who shoot some people and burning the corpse, the reason is unclear and they burn the house on fire and we go on the opening credits.
A local cop picks up a guy that has been crawling over the road and he brings him to the closest hospital that has room for another patient. There is a move ongoing tough because of a freak fire (revealed somewhat later and even later the reason why it happened). There are for some reason only 1 doctor and 1 trained nurse (the other one is an intern) and a grandpa and his pregnant granddaugther.
The cop waits around for the verdict what the guy has and his wife is the trained nurse (how lucky is this) they have their marriage problems because of a miscarrage and they try to find out whats wrong with the guy, this isn't revelead at all but the kind of reason is revealed.
2 guys walk in hunting the guy, after the cop calms them down he goes back in his car after also a state police officer comes in to call the situation in. He doesn't get trough something for some reason, and he sees a weird person dressed in all white and a black triangle on the face. Its not the KKK for some reason. and some strange things starts happening like the appearance of a creature that is basically a monster.

in the end we get all revealing that the doctor has lost his doctor and is basically, experimenting to take his daughter back from the void.
My opinion is that is basically that this was a surprise that it was a zombiemovie but anyway because it was such a simple setting it gets a poin from me but it doesn't pull the same wait as devil that takes place in an elevator or Saw that cutting thing so it gets a 6/10 bananas!
